(Church or Chapel Service with Visitation Followed by Graveside Committal)
Honoring Life package consists of:
- Professional services of funeral director and staff
- Removal of deceased to our facility (up to 30 miles)
- Professional care and embalming along with other preparation, dressing and casketing
- Aries Series 20 gauge steel casket
(five colors to choose from)
- Casket Spray (up to $200.00)
- Visitation time and use of stateroom and facilities
- Monticello top seal concrete vault (matching color to casket)
- Use of the Denali casket coach and utility vehicle
- Preparing and submitting obituary with picture to newspaper (up to $250.00)
- Memorial Tribute for the service (up to 54 photos scanned to create a memorial tribute on DVD)
- Use of equipment and staff for arranging and coordinating service at place of families choice (within Tarrant County)
- Garden of Promise or Chronicles Memorial Register Book Package with matching memorial folders
- Securing doctor’s certification and filing death certificate and one certified copy from the State of Texas
- Four motor escorts to lead funeral procession from the church or chapel to local cemetery in Tarrant County
- Clergy Honorarium ($125.00)

(Graveside Service with Visitation)
Graveside Remembrance Package consists of:
- Professional services of funeral director and staff
- Removal of deceased to our facility (up to 30 miles)
- Professional care and the embalming process, along with other preparation, dressing and casketing
- Gemini, 20 gauge steel casket
(four colors to choose from)
- Casket Spray (up to $200.00)
- Visitation time and use of stateroom and facilities
- Concrete Grave Liner (two piece)
- Use of the Denali casket coach and utility vehicle
- Preparing and submitting obituary with picture to newspaper (up to $250.00)
- In Loving Memory Memorial Register Book package (blue or burgundy) with matching memorial folders
- Memorial Tribute for the service (up to 54 photos scanned to create a memorial tribute on DVD)
- Use of equipment and staff for arranging and coordinating graveside service in cemetery (within Tarrant County)
- Securing doctor’s certification and filing death certificate and one certified copy from the State of Texas
- Clergy Honorarium ($125.00)

BASIC COMMITTAL SERVICE
Basic Committal Service consists of:
- Basic professional services of funeral director and staff
- Removal of deceased to our facility up to 30 miles (add additional mileage fee of $2.00 per mile if over 30 miles)
- Professional care and refrigeration (up to 6 days)
- Securing doctor’s certification and filing death certificate with one certified copy from the State of Texas
- Simple Pine Wood box with handles
- Transportation to cemetery (within Tarrant County)
- No cemetery charges or newspaper charges for obituaries are included in this package
