Wallace Cecil Kirkpatrick

FORT WORTH–Wallace Cecil Kirkpatrick passed away Monday, October 2, 2017 at the age of 87.
Celebration of life: 1 p.m. Saturday at Brown Owens & Brumley’s Joe B. Brown Memorial Chapel
Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home
Wallace was born May 18, 1930 to the late Clifford and Augusta Kirkpatrick in Texarkana, Arkansas. He was a longtime member of the Masonic Lodge and was a Master Mason for over 56 years. He also taught for several years in the public schools and then made a career change and started working for Otis Engineering. He proudly served our country by enlisting in the US Navy. Wallace will be remembered for being an avid fisherman and also his ability to show his happiness to everyone he met. He will be deeply missed.
Survivors: Wife of 60 years, Mary Kirkpatrick; son, Aaron Kirkpatrick and wife, Kay; grandson, Joseph McGlinchey and wife, Valerie; granddaughter, Crystal Perez; great grandson, John Cantu; great granddaughter, Brooklyn McGlinchey; numerous nieces, cousins and many friends.
