FORT WORTH — Joseph Aviles, 91, died Thursday, July 23, 2015.
Service: 11 a.m. Wednesday at Brown, Owens & Brumley Funeral Home. Visitation: 9 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Joseph was preceded in death by his wife, Carmen.
Survivors: Stepson, Tomas; and seven grandchildren.

Charlotte Reeves

FORT WORTH — Charlotte Reeves, 82, passed away Friday, July 24, 2015.
Celebration of life: 10 a.m. Thursday in Brown, Owens & Brumley’s Chapel. Interment: 12:30 p.m. in Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Hannah Bicknell

KELLER — Hannah Bicknell was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, July 19, 2015, at the age of 14.
Celebration of life: 1 p.m. Saturday at North Richland Hills Baptist Church, 6955 Boulevard 26, North Richland Hills. Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at Brown, Owens & Brumley Family Funeral Home.
Hannah was born May 8, 2001, in Bedford to Nathan and Debra Bicknell. Hannah recently completed the eighth grade at Indian Springs Middle School in Keller. Hannah was a member of a loving extended family, her roller derby team, the Rolling Rebellion at House of Quad.
Hannah was preceded in death by her grandmother, her rock, Claudine Bicknell.
Survivors: Parents, Nathan and Debra Bicknell; brother, Hershell Phipps; brother, Nathan Harrison Bicknell; grandmother and best friend, Barbara St. Germain; grandfather, Richard St. Germain and wife, Pat; grandfather, Davy Bicknell and wife, Zara; several aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family members; and many, many friends.

Pat D. Wyatt

FORT WORTH — Pat D. Wyatt passed away Tuesday, July 14, 2015, at the age of 53.
Graveside service: Noon Friday in Burkburnett Cemetery in Burkburnett. Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Brown Owens & Brumley Family Funeral Home.
Pat was born Aug. 18, 1961, to Charles and Ruth Wyatt in Plainview. He was a member of International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Union. Pat was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing. Pat will be remembered for his love of his family and friends.
Pat was preceded in death by his father, Charles E. Wyatt.
Survivors: Mother, Ruth Wyatt; numerous cousins; and many, many friends.

Edward Dean Morrison

MANSFIELD — Edward Dean Morrison, 52, of Mansfield passed away Monday, July 13, 2015, at his home.
Celebration of life: 1 p.m. Saturday at Compass Christian Church, 2600 Hall Johnson Road, Colleyville.
Dean was born July 27, 1962, in Artesia, N.M., to David Morrison and Florinda Orosco-Culpo. Dean was a loving father and husband and a very hard worker. He also was a baseball and golf enthusiast. We cannot forget to mention Dean’s ability to man a grill and turn out an incredible meal for those he loved or how he spent each winter perfecting his posole recipe.
Dean was preceded in death by his father, David Morrison, in 1999.
Survivors: Wife, Lona Morrison; stepson, Kelby of Mansfield; daughters, Stephanie Morrison of Dallas and Amanda Morrison of Denton; mother, Florinda Orosco-Culp and husband, Gary, of Springfield, Mo.; sister, Sandi Tatro of Glendale, Ariz.; sister, Teri Morrison of Coral Springs, Fla.; brother, Mark Morrison and his wife, Heather, of Selma, N.C.; and several nieces, nephews and many friends.

D.W. “Vic” Schondau

COLLEYVILLE — D.W. “Vic” Schondau went home to the Lord on Sunday, July 5, 2015, at the age of 73.
Memorial service: In honor of Vic’s wishes, the family will have a private prayer service.
Vic was born Sept. 19, 1941, in Konigsberg, Germany, to the late Friedrich and Maria Schondau. Vic had a successful career in finance, serving as an executive vice president at The Associates in Las Colinas before founding Matrix Mortgage in Hurst. Vic was a devoted family man who dedicated his life to his children and grandchildren. He was a faithful servant of the Lord and regularly attended Peace Lutheran Church and Crown of Life Lutheran Church. When not helping a neighbor in need, Vic found peace being outside and working with wood in his garage. Vic’s legacy of teaching his family right from wrong will never be forgotten, and for that we are forever grateful. We miss you, Dad!
Survivors: Son, Scott Schondau of Colleyville; daughter, Michelle Morgan of Spring; their spouses, Becky and Chris; and grandchildren, Andrew, Matthew, Lauren and Ava.

Michael Dean Burgess

BOWIE — Michael Dean Burgess, 68, passed away Tuesday, July 7, 2015.
Celebration of life: 2 p.m. Saturday in Brown, Owens & Brumley’s Joe B. Brown Memorial Chapel. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Michael was born Oct. 20, 1946, in Fort Worth to the late Walter and Viola Burgess. Michael served and fought in the U.S. Army during Vietnam and was a recipient of two Purple Hearts. He was a loving father and grandfather and a loyal friend and he had a great love for fishing.
He was preceded in death by his parents and nephew, Eric Burgess.
Survivors: Sons, Michael Burgess and wife, Carol, Shain, Burgess, and Matthew Burgess and wife, Monica; daughters, Kialie Martin and husband, Michael, and Shaunda Butler and husband, Steven; six grandchildren; brother, Wesley Burgess; sister, Linda Downum and husband, George; and many other extended family members and friends.

FORT WORTH — Yesenia Durham passed away Monday, July 6, 2015 at the age of 43.

Yesenia was born February 17, 1972 in Eagle Pass. She was employed by Dickie’s corporate office for 20 years. She was a devoted mother, daughter, sister and a kind and compassionate friend to all who were blessed enough to have known her.
Yesenia is preceded in death by her father, Jesus Arizpe.
