Steven Joe Solomon

TROPHY CLUB — Steven Joe Solomon, 65, went to be with the Lord and was surrounded by his family on Monday, May 30, 2016.
Celebration of life: 1 p.m. Friday, at Riverwalk Fellowship, 5612 Glenview Drive, Haltom City. Interment: Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Brown, Owens & Brumley Funeral Home.
Pastor Steve founded Riverwalk Fellowship and led Praise in the Night Radio Ministry for 19 years. He had a deep passion for reaching people for Christ and teaching the importance of praise in our lives.
He was preceded in death by his father, Herbert Joel Solomon.
Survivors: Wife of 46 years, Diane Solomon; son, J.R. Solomon and spouse, Kathy Rudd; daughters, Kathy Borak and spouse, Michael, Dina Dixson and spouse, Tony, Nikki Hannah and spouse, Stephen, Ruthie Adams and spouse, Donnie, Mandy Bohn and spouse, K.J., Sara Sortini and spouse, Christopher; mother, June B. Solomon; sister, Deedy Dagot; 19 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; niece, Nikki Dagot; and a multitude of friends.

Kenneth E. Gann

ARLINGTON — Kenneth E. Gann passed away Wednesday, May 25, 2016, at the age of 70.
Celebration of life: 2 p.m. Tuesday at First United Methodist Church, Leonard Chapel, 800 West 5th St., Ft. Worth, 76102. Interment: Kenneth will be laid to rest with his beloved wife, Ernestine Gann, in Shannon Rose Hill Memorial Park.
Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at Brown Owens & Brumley Family Funeral Home.
Kenneth was born November 16, 1945, to the late Ralph and Emma Gann in Springfield, Mo. Kenneth retired after many dedicated years of service as a mechanic for the FWISD. He was a member of First United Methodist Church for many years. He was also a member of Moslah Shrine and Scottish Rite. Kenneth was an avid hunter and loved the outdoors. He was known for his strength and trust in his Lord.
Surivors: Daughter, Michelle Gann; brother, Ralph Gann; and many, many, friends.

Forest Stean

FORT WORTH — Forest Stean, 90, an awesome husband, father and grandfather, passed away Thursday, May 19, 2016.
Celebration of life: 10 a.m. Thursday, May 26, at Brown, Owens & Brumley Funeral Home. Interment: Dallas Fort-Worth National Cemetery. Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday.
Forest proudly served his country in the U.S. Army.
Forest was preceded in death by his parents, Lee and Essie; wife, Debra; and son, Steven.

Gene Stegall Jr.

ARLINGTON — Gene Stegall, 76, passed away Saturday, May 21, 2016.
Memorial service: 10 a.m. Saturday, May 28, at St. Alban’s Parish-Anglican, 911 S. Davis, Arlington 76013.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to St. Alban’s Music Fund.
Gene was born Oct. 27, 1939, in Fort Worth to the late Eugene and Marian Stegall. He proudly served in the U.S. Marine Reserves. Gene graduated from TCU and worked at Colonial Country Club as a comptroller and later became senior professional analyst for Daughters of Charity. One of his greatest passions was singing in the choir at his church he attended for 44 years.
Survivors: Wife, Jane Stegall, of five years; son, Forrest Stegall and wife, Teresa; daughter, Dawna Villinger and husband, Brian Kunz; grandchildren, Zander and Raemy Villinger, Hayden and Alexa Stegall; and many cousins and dear friends.

ALVARADO — Billie “Bill” E. Duke passed away Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at the age of 75.
Graveside service: 2 p.m. Monday at Azleland Memorial Park. Visitation: 2 to 4 Sunday at Brown Owens Brumley Family Funeral Home.
Billie was born Aug. 5, 1940 to the late Moses and Estelle Duke in Mead, Oklahoma. He proudly served our country by enlisting in the US Army. Bill was a dispatcher for Ray Crowder Ambulance Service for many years. He will be remembered for his love of country and western music and will be deeply missed by us all.
Survivors: Wife of 14 years, Billie L.
