  3. To Billie’s family, my sincere heart felt condolences to you all, she is one of the sweetest ladies I have ever met and she will be missed. Having met her at her wedding to Bill Duke, she became a close friend from then on as well as Bill and I had for many years. We three would talk baseball all the time and she was as knowledgeable about that as any of us and watched baseball games all the time. What a great lady. God Bless her and the family and Prayers to you all.
