FORT WORTH-Curtis Anthony Anderson passed away Thursday, August 16, 2018 at the age of 65.
Celebration of life: 11:30 a.m. Friday, August 24, 2018 at Bible Baptist Church of Everman, 1034 East Enon, Everman, Texas 76140
Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Curtis Anthony Anderson was born January 3, 1953 in Dallas, Texas to the late James Curtis and Marjorie Anderson. He graduated in 1971 from Franklin D. Roosevelt High School in Dallas. He proudly served in the United States Air Force from 1971 until 1983. Before retiring, he was a bus driver for the Fort Worth Independent School District.
Curtis is preceded in death by his parents, James Curtis and Marjorie Anderson; and his three sisters, Kay Marjorie, Thressa, and Carol.
Survivors: He leaves to cherish his memories: Wife of 46 years, Carolyn Simpson Sims; son, Cserdis A. Anderson and wife, Kelly; son, Ckurtis A. Anderson and wife, Renee; his seven grandchildren “Grampee” deeply loved, CKeirah, Ckurtis “Avery”, Claire, Ckalynn, Cshelby, Cserdis “Steak” and Csophia; his overly loving three sisters, Ira V. Sheppard and husband, Robert, Delores Gray, and Cynthia Anderson; brother, Harold Anderson and wife, Barbara; his favorite niece named by him, Chauton Sheppard Cox; a host of other special aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and friends.
