George Anthony Tacub

FORT WORTH — George Anthony Tacub, 69, loving husband, father and grandfather, passed away Thursday, Nov. 26 2015.
Celebration of life: A gathering will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 5th at the home.
George was born Feb. 22, 1946, in Honolulu, Hawaii, to Esemio and Elizabeth Tacub. He served as a sergeant in the U.S. Army and for 25 years he worked for American Airlines as an airplane mechanic. He had a passion for hotrods and could build anything with his hands.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.
Survivors: Loving wife of 15 years, Glenda Tacub; son, Keoki Tacub and wife, Brenna; daughter, Jessi Tacub; grandchildren, Akoni and Kaleo; two stepchildren and four stepgrandchildren.

I’m proud to say George was a friend of mine, he always had a quick smile and a laugh for anybody that was fortunate enough to cross his path. he will be sorely missed at our hot rod activities, drag races, car shows and I will miss his mischeivious wit. I’m so very sorry to hear. My deepest heartfelt condolences to you and your family during this most difficult time. He was a great guy and I really enjoyed spending time with you both when I came to town.
