FORT WORTH — Jeffrey A. Haggard went to be with the Lord Wednesday, July 27, 2016.
Memorial service: 7 p.m. Thursday, August 4, 2016, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 100 Paint Pony Trail North in Fort Worth, officited by Bishop Myrick L. Carson.
Jeffrey was born Sept. 28, 1949, in Fort Worth, to the late Ferguson and Nedda Haggard.
Survivors: Brother, Michael C. Haggard and wife, Caren Scalf; niece, Tiffany Fink and husband, Robert and their two sons; nephew, Michael C. Haggard Jr. and wife, Shawnee, and Trey Haggard and wife, Susie, and their families; great-nephew, Michael C. Haggard III; great-nieces, Jaclyn and Autumn and numerous other cousins and extended family members.
