Condolence Messages

  1. Stephen Hammond :

Thank you Larry for so many things, but a few top the list:
    1) your consistent words of encouragement on how great of a husband and father I am. (I think we both knew you were stretching it. LOL)

    2) your generosity to my kids (and all your grandkids) when it came time for their birthday and Christmas gifts.

    3) the grace you gave when I lost the cash Christmas gift you gave me in 2012 by throwing it away (on Christmas morning none the less. LOL). We all searched long and hard through all the trash, but to no avail. I felt so stupid. Yet you continually said “it’s just money. Don’t worry about it.”

    4) you standing by your wife, through the good and bad times, until death parted you. I will never forget the mental picture of you and Sherry waving goodbye to us from your house each time we left. You did hard things in providing for and protecting your family.

    5) allowing me to be me. This one is complex but you and I know what that means. 😉

I miss you. To us, it was too soon for this to happen. But I trust that God has a better way and I believe by faith that you wouldn’t trade places with me for anything.

I love you friend, and father-in-love. Until we meet again.

  2. Sherry and family- am so very sorry for your loss but so, so thankful for the hope we all have in Jesus Christ that we all will be reunited again one day and as a friend said “we will all dance on city streets paved with gold”. You are loved by so many and our own family is lifting up prayers on behalf of you and your family…may you experience the comfort and presence of our Lord in deeper ways as He wraps His arms around you all.

  3. Cindy Valentine and family :
