Michalle Kay Hazard

FORT WORTH — Michalle Kay Hazard passed away Sunday, Aug. 23, 2015, at the age of 75.
Memorial service: 2 p.m. Thursday in Brown Owens & Brumley’s Joe B. Brown Memorial Chapel.
Michalle was born Sept. 10, 1939, to the late William and Mae Holland in Russellville, Ark. She was loved and respected by many and will be deeply missed.
Survivors: Close friends, Tammy Smith, Dennis LaPlante and Ann Glenn; stepsons, Jerry Hazard and wife, Vickie, and Scotty Hazard; granddaughters, Sherry Osborne, Brooke Swanney and Chelsea Swanney; sisters-in-law, Peggy Williams and JoAnn Meyers; brother-in-law, David Hazard; nephew, David Holland and wife, Dashika; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
