FORT WORTH-Altamona Channel Hamilton Sellers passed away Friday, April 3, 2020 at the age of 47.
Graveside service: Friday, April 17, 2020 at Skyvue Memorial Park.
Visitation: 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday, April 14, 2020 at the funeral home. Due to the COVID-19 virus, there will be a limit of 10 at a time.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Charles E. Sellers, Jr. or to Elriquin Allen.
Altamona was born Saturday, August 5, 1972 to Bruce Hamilton and Shirley Louise Perry in Perris, California. She graduated from Perris Lake High School on June 19, 1990. She was a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church. Altamona loved to cook, always trying new recipes, loved to travel, music, drawing and coloring. The things she loved the most was spending time with her family and spending time in her prayer closet. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, cousin and friend and will be deeply missed.
Altamona is preceded in death by her grandmother, Myrtle L. Perry; sister, Dawndra T. Jackson; aunt, Elrica Lewis; and uncle, Ronald Perry.
Survivors: Husband of 22 years, Charles E. Sellers, Jr.; son, Charles E. Sellers, III; son, Keionn’ta W. Sellers; son, Daquawn L. Sellers; mother, Shirley L. Perry; twin brother, Altamont N. Hamilton; sister, Elriquin Allen; cousin, David L. Lewis; cousin, Broderick N. Lewis; cousin, Tammy D. Lewis; cousin, Tyonnikki; cousin, Taulish; cousin, Tanae R. Rogers; best friend sister, Yvette Gaines; and numerous in laws and friends.
