Charles Zeleny

FORT WORTH-Charles Zeleny passed away Monday, September 9, 2019 at the age of 96.
Celebration of life: 11:30 a.m. October 4, 2019 in Walker, Iowa.
Charles was born on Monday, March 5, 1923 to the late John and Alosie Jirouska Zeleny in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He proudly served his country by enlisting in the US Navy. He was loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend and will be deeply missed.
Charles is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Joseph and Frank Zeleny; and sister, Rose Stolba.
Survivors: Loving wife of 37 years, Janice Zeleny; daughter, Joan Zeleny; son, Frank Walter Zeleny; step-sons, Robert, David and Scott Grogan; grandchildren, Rebekah Jeanne Zeleny and Spencer Joseph Zeleny; numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
