Clemmie was born Wednesday, July 31, 1957 in Dallas, Texas. He was a kind and beautiful soul that always had a smile for everyone.
Clemmie was preceded in death by his mother, Jackie Lofton and his grandparents, Cleon and Beulah Lofton.
Survivors: Clemmie was survived by lots of cousins, friends and caregivers who will greatly miss him.
