Edna E. McMurtrey
FORT WORTH — Edna E. McMurtrey passed away Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2014, at the age of 94.
Memorial service: 2 p.m. Friday in Brown, Owens & Brumley’s Joe B. Brown Memorial Chapel.
Edna was married to Howard McMurtrey for 62 years before his death in 1999.
Survivors: Daughter, Linda Wheeler; son, James H. McMurtrey; sister, Evelyn Pressley; granddaughter, Janet L. Wies and husband, Marvin; grandson, Derek C. Wheeler and wife, Jeanne; and five great-grandchildren.
