FORT WORTH-Elfere (Laca) St. Clair Billiot Jr. passed away Monday, November 23, 2020 at the age of 64.
MEMORIAL SERVICE: 2 to 4 p.m. Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at Brown Owens & Brumley’s Joe B. Brown Memorial Chapel.
Elfere was born November 11, 1956 to the late Elfere and Loretta Billiot in Morgan City, Louisiana. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend and will be deeply missed.
Elfere is preceded in death by a grandson, Wyatt Oaks.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Tonya Hughes Owens; son, Joseph Billiot; son, Elfere St. Clair Billiot III; son, Douglas Vincent Billiot; daughter, Jennifer Elizabeth Billiot Rodriguez; daughter, Catherine Billiot Oaks; grandsons, Douglas Vincent Billiot Jr., Michael Douglas Billiot, Lorenzo Marcello Billiot, Johnny Garza, Joseph Billiot Jr., Jacob Arzo, Bher Rodriguez, Danny Rodrizuez and Giavanni Rodriguez; granddaughters, Desiree Sin Clair Billiot, Ariana Nicole Billiot, Destiny Garza, Atiana Billiot, Amari Ortiz, Madelyn Arzo and Leih Arzo; great granddaughter; Ana Lilia Billiot; and many friends.
