Faye Arleen Herren Wirsdorfer

Faye Arleen Herren Wirsdorfer,86, went peacefully to be with our loving Lord on February 21,2022.
Her Celebration will be held at the Ridglea Christian Church, Fort Worth, Texas on June 4, 2022 at 11AM.
Memorials: The family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
Born on January 21,1936, to the late George and Mae Herren in Toledo, Washington. She was a lifetime member of the Christian Church. Faye was raised on a dairy farm and from a young age was a very hard and dedicated worker. She was always there to lend a helping hand. She married Donald Wirsdorfer,Jr. on June 18,1955. Her family became the focus of her life. She loved to cook large meals and have her family come and spend time together. She was always there to help when needed. She loved children and was constantly helping with grandkids and great grandkids when she became a “Mimi”. She was a secretary throughout her life, working at various place and ended her career after working many years for State Farm Insurance. After retiring, she spent time volunteering at the hospital to rock preemies, working in her beautiful flower gardens, reading and spending time with family and friends. She will be remembered as a kind and gentle soul. She will be greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her parents, George Herren and Mae Herren, brothers, Ben Herren and Bill Herren and her husband of 63 years, Donald Wirsdorfer, Jr. She is survived by her sisters: Sue Lincoln and Anna Kion and husband Jim from Washington, brother-in-law, George Wirsdorfer and wife Sydney; son, Donald Wirsdorfer,III and wife, Debra; daughter Donna Shoop and husband, Stephen; son, Nicholas and wife, Shawn; daughter Jane English and husband, Kenneth. Grandsons: Bryan, Joshua, and Nathan; Granddaughters: Samanatha, Victoria, Toni and Molly; Great-grandchildren: Trevon, Aewa Faye, Aaiden, Aaniyah, Makayla, Zaelia, Luke and Zavier and many nieces and nephews.
