Celebration of life: 12:30 p.m. Thursday, February 2, 2023 at Brown Owens & Brumley's Joe B. Brown Memorial Chapel.
Visitation: 10:30 to 12:30 (2 hours prior to service time) at the funeral home
Interment: Frank will be laid to rest at 10 a.m. Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery.
