FORT WORTH-Isabel Perez Contreras passed away peacefully surrounded by his family Monday, July 20, 2020 at the age of 73.
Funeral Mass: 10 a.m. Friday, July 24, 2020 at All Saints Catholic Church, 214 N.W. 20th St., Fort Worth, Texas 76164
Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, July 23, 2020 at Brown Owens & Brumley Family Funeral Home.
Rosary: 6 p.m. Thursday, July 23, 2020.
Interment: Isabel will be laid to rest in Azleland Cemetery.
Isabel was born Tuesday, November 19, 1946 to the late Gilbert Martinez and Margarita Rodriquez Perez Contreras in Memphis, Texas. He was a life long printer in the printing industry. Isabel loved to spend quality time with his grandchildren. He also loved sports and was a huge fan of the Chicago Cubs. Isabel will be remembered for his love for his family and for always being supportive and lending a hand to them. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend and will be deeply missed.
Survivors: Loving wife of 49 years, Maria Lucina Cardona Contreras; daughter, Ann Herrera and husband, Sam; daughter, Teresita “Terry” Salinas and husband, Edward; son, Isabel Moses Contreras; grandchildren, Michael Salinas, Marc Anthony Salinas, Elisa Marie Salinas and Khloe Navay Contreras; brothers and sisters, Cruz Contreras, Phillip Contreras, Gilbert Contreras, Oralia Martinez, Alicia Bastardo, Connie Garcia, Janie Contreras, Willie Diaz, Danny Diaz and Ray Diaz; and many friends.
