Janet Tonn

Janet Tonn, 50, passed away on December 22, 2022, in Saginaw, TX. Janet Tonn was born on September 25, 1972 in San Jose, CA, to Efrain Torres Sr. and Celia Salas. Janet graduated from Bowie High School in 1991 and was wed to Jay Tonn in Las Vegas on June 17th 2005. Janet was best known for having a coupon for everything and carrying bags filled with stuff we all know she didn't need. A beloved special education teacher's aide at Prairie Vista Middle School with a passion for the kids and coworkers.

Janet is survived by her husband Jay Tonn, her sons Trevor Mclendon and James Tonn Jr., her parents Celia Salas and Efrain Torres, her brothers and sisters, Efrain and Amber Torres, Melissa and Andrew Castillo, Adrian and Christine Torres, Jocelyn Torres and many other family and friends.

The service for Janet Tonn will be held on Friday, December 30th, 2022, at 12:00pm at Brown, Owens & Brumley Family Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 10:00am.

A memorial fund will be set up in Janet's honor for donations.
