Joan Henson

FORT WORTH–Joan Henson passed away Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at the age of 83. Graveside service: 2:15 p.m. Thursday at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery. Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Brown Owens & Brumley Family Funeral Home. Joan was born December 1, 1934 to the late Albert and Mable Cass in Shenandoah, Iowa. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend and will be deeply missed. Joan is preceded in death by her parents; beloved husband of 61 years, C.F. Henson; and son, Randall Stephen Henson. Survivors: Daughter, Carla Lamarque-Floerke and husband, Michael Floerke; grandchildren, Micah Thornton and Lauren Chirico; eight great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and many friends.
