Kelli Denise Rumsey

Kelli Denise Rumsey, aged 57, passed away peacefully at her home on March 21, 2024 in Springtown, Texas.
She lived with her husband Robert Rumsey, as she courageously battled cancer 3 times. She decided to peacefully join our Savior in her home as her grandchildren, children, husband, siblings and extended family came to extend their love for a final goodbye. 

Visitation: Friday, March 29, 2024 from 5-7 p.m.
Funeral Service: Saturday, March 30, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. Both services will be held at Brown Owens & Brumley Funeral Home.

Kelli Denise Garrison Rumsey, also lovingly known as Mimi, was born on October 16, 1966 in Fort Worth, Texas. She married the love of her life, Robert Rumsey, on November 5, 1993. Together they had four children: Mallorie Viernes, Meagan Payne, Chase and Tanner Rumsey. Kelli was the youngest of five sisters, whom were Janet Bryant, Gina Williams, Rhonda Gribble, Terri Covey, and had a younger brother, Scott Garrison. Kelli was a dedicated wife, devoted mother, and an amazing Mimi who absolutely adored her grandchildren. Kelli loved camping, traveling with her family, caring for her many French bulldogs, shopping for her grandkids, and she became an avid Rangers fan. Kelli loved spending time by the pool with her grandchildren. She liked to have a good time, listen to music, and was never afraid to speak the truth and what was on her mind. She loved hosting family gatherings at her home for all occasions. Family meant everything to her. 

She is survived by her soulmate, Robert Rumsey, as well has her 4 children, 8 grandchildren and 11 frenchies.
