Lanny Jennings

FORT WORTH-Lanny Jennings, unexpectedly passed away at his earthly home Sunday April 11, 2021, his spirit has returned to God who gave it, and has been reunited in Heaven with his loved ones.
MEMORIAL SERVICE: To be announced to close relatives and friends.
Lanny was a sincere, humble, and gregarious soul who loved talking to people. A LOT. He had stories to tell anyone he met, and could always offer his mechanical or exterior knowledge on a car or motorcycle. He had a huge heart, and wanted to give to others even if he didn’t have enough to give. Lanny was the happiest and smiled the most when he rode his Harley Davidson, the freedom he felt on the open road, hearing the rumble of his Harley, and having his hands busy building and repairing it was significant and fulfilling to him. He had a bond with his two brothers and a few close friends with the same interest in motorcycles, they made memories that left a huge imprint on him and he always cherished those memories.
Lanny could spend hours reminiscing to his only sister about his invaluable recollections of events, names and places that have taken place over the years. That brother/sister bond and conversations will be deeply missed.
He treasured his collections of family photos and memorabilia, as they had abundant sentimental value to him. Lanny enjoyed going to swap meets, car shows, and had a keen eye for anything vintage.
Lanny held all of his family close to his heart, mind, and soul, including his Travis and Sascha, in which he never gave up on, never forgot, loved immensely, and always held onto the hope of being reunited with them. However someday, that reunion will be even more joyful in our heavenly home, with all of his family together.
Rest in Heavenly Peace
“And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away”.
Revelation 21:4
Lanny is preceded in death by his father, John Jennings; mother, Emily Westmoreland; brother, Dwain Jennings; and brother, Danny Jennings.
SURVIVORS: Sister, Gina Muller and husband, Paul; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; and many friends.
