Leonard was born Tuesday, November 2, 1943 to the late James and Annie Mae Smith Harps in Marianna, Arkansas.
Leonard is preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Bobby Gene Walker.
SURVIVORS: Wife of 42 years, Karen Harps; daughter, Jayme and spouse, Jesse; daughter, April; son, Thomas; son, Vincent and spouse, Coco; daughter, Tracie; and son Derwin.
