Margaret Ayers Bunch of Arlington, Texas went to be with the Lord on Sunday, August 20, 2023 in Fort Worth, Texas at the age of 59.
Margaret was born on Tuesday, May 5, 1964 in Arlington, Virginia to Irv and Janet Turner. She grew up in Virginia until the 8th grade when her family moved to Azle, Texas. She attended and graduated Azle High School, where she met her future husband, Ron. They were married on May 29, 1982 after dating for two years and had two beautiful children, Ashlee and Tyler.
She was co-owner of Greasy Monkey Transmission in Richland Hills, Texas, a family business run by her husband and children. She also worked there for years.
She loved crocheting, sewing, and numerous arts and crafts. She crocheted baby blankets for the nearby hospitals before covid, now they are donated to churches and to women in need. She loved making things for others. She made her own wedding dress as well as her bridesmaid dress. She was an awesome cook and had developed excellent culinary skills. Margaret loved riding horses in past years. Her favorite place to go was the beach in Galveston, TX.
Margaret was a wonderful wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin and friend. She was always willing to help anyone that needed it. Margaret was blessed with a very intelligent mind. She was the “go-to” person in the family. She was wise beyond her years. She took care of the whole family. She loved her great niece and nephew as her own grandchildren. Words cannot express how much she will be missed by her family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her uncle, Michael R. Turner in 1972; uncle, Darell Dolinger in 2022; mother-in-law, Dorothy Bunch Woods in 2023; cousin, Janelle Turner in 2010; and cousin, Chase Dolinger in 2011.
Margaret is survived by her husband of 41 years, Ron Bunch; daughter, Ashlee Bunch of Fort Worth; son, Tyler Bunch and partner Liz Regalado and her son Leo Regalado of Fort Worth; Hillary Stinson of Fort Worth; her father, Irv Turner and wife Glenda of Weatherford, Texas; her mother, Janet Turner of Mansfield, Texas; sister, Michele Pawley and husband Robert and children Casie Pawley and Jacob Pawley of Arlington, Texas; uncle, James Turner and wife Alice and their daughter Nicci Butler of Florida; aunt, Jaqueline Dolinger and daughter Tara Dolinger of Tennessee; step-brother Terry Tarter and wife Julie of Azle, Texas; step-sister Krista Rettig and husband Dave and son Trey of Aledo, Texas ; sister-in-law, Deborah Rogers and husband Mike of Euless, Texas nephew Brandon Taylor and wife Erika and children Emily and Maverick of Lantana, Texas; nephew Colton Holmes and husband Benjamin Nickolson of Fort Worth; niece Alexis Long of Fort Worth; cousin-in-law Vick Diaz and wife Kathy Diaz of Amarillo; brother-in-law Michael Bunch and partner Jimmy Streger of Burleson, Texas; father-in-law Ronnie Bunch and wife Starr of Amarillo, Texas; numerous cousins and friends. Last but not least, her dogs Savannah and Rueger and her cat, Cleo.
A celebration of Margaret's life will be held on Saturday, September 2, 2023 at 1:00 pm at Brown Owens & Brumley Funeral Home Joe B. Brown Chapel, at 425 S. Henderson St., Ft. Worth, Texas.
