Richard Eric Young

FORT WORTH-Richard Eric Young passed away Saturday, July 3, 2021 at the age of 72.
Richard was born to the late Willard and Margaret Webb Young on March 7, 1949 in Bakersfield, California. He graduated from Eastern Hills High School and then attended Ranger College and graduated with an Associate Degree in farm and ranch management. He proudly served his country by enlisting is the US Army and received a good conduct medal, sharp shooter M-14, and National Defense services award. Richard loved being outdoors, hiking, camping and fishing. He was most passionate about gardening.
Richard is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Quentin Young; and son, Eric J. Young.
SURVIVORS: Wife of 19 years, Linda Esslinger Young; brother, Robert Young; and numerous other family members.
