Ruby Lee Hudson Martin

FORT WORTH-Ruby Lee Hudson Martin passed away Friday, June 10, 2022 at the age of 74.
CELEBRATION OF LIFE: 1 p.m. Saturday, June 25, 2022 at Brown Owens & Brumley’s Joe B. Brown Memorial Chapel.
Ruby was born Friday, April 23, 1948 to the late Charlie and Ethel Mae Hudson in Elgin, Texas. She attended and graduated from Ingleside High School in Ingleside, Texas. She went on to Del Mar College and received her Nursing LVN License. She was vice president of Residents Council at The Harrison and was also the bingo coordinator. She loved beading, making bracelets and necklaces and enjoyed dressing up. Ruby also loved an ice cold Coca Cola and Double Mint gum. Ruby enjoyed the holidays, opening presents and always showed such great joy over the smallest things. Most of all, she loved spending quality time with family and friends and could brighten up your day with her unique laugh. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend and will be missed.
SURVIVORS: Son, Jonathan Hudson and wife, Cristal; daughter, Ieasha Stewart and husband, Michael; daughter, Nicole Martin; sister, Varnell Hudson; brother, Charlie Hudson Jr.; grandchildren, Todd Allen Vaughn Jr., Brian Alexander Vaughn, Anthony Martin, Antoinette Martin, Darnell Martin, Alexis Colebank, Lilliana Grace Perez-Hudson, Cadence Mae Hudson and Jace Lynn Hudson; great grandchildren, Bryson Amir Vaughn, Alicia Martin, Jordan Martin, and another one on the way; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
