Sarah Elise O’Toole, 34, of Fort Worth, passed away on March 14, 2026, due to unexpected medical complications.
Sarah was a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished daughter, sister, and dear friend. She was known for her kind heart, selfless spirit, and the warmth she brought into every room.
Born on December 28, 1991, in Bedford, Texas, Sarah graduated from Texas Tech University with a Master of Science in Marketing Research and Analytics. She built a successful and respected career with Texas Health Resources, where she dedicated over 11 years of service.
Sarah found joy in life’s simple pleasures; reading a good book, trying new wines, and most of all, spending time with her family and many friends. She had a way of making everyone feel seen, loved, and valued, leaving a lasting impression on all who knew her.
She is survived by her loving husband, Devin O’Toole; her two beloved children, Ryan and Reagan O’Toole; her mother, Tracy Powhatan; and her sister, Janelle, and her wife, Heather Creekbaum. She is also survived by her extended family: Jean and James O’Toole; Brenda Sturgis; Judy Phelps; Kim and Joe McKenzie; Kristi and Brad Hargrave; Jennifer and Kenny Strickland; Don Mayo; and Shirley Mayo.
Sarah also leaves behind her best friends, Madeleine “Maddie” Bennett, Kristin Heflin (“The Heff”), and Therese Camacho, along with many other cherished family members, friends, and coworkers who will miss her deeply.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Shaun Ogden.
A Celebration of Life will be held on March 28, 2026, from 3:00 to 5:00 PM. Location details will be shared by the family. Those wishing to attend are encouraged to reach out to her sister, Janelle.
Sarah will forever be remembered for her unwavering love, infectious laughter, and the light she brought into the lives of others. Though she is no longer with us, her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of all who loved her.
