Willliam D. “Wayne” Herron

FORT WORTH — William D. “Wayne” Herron, 66, passed away Monday, Dec. 30, 2013.
Celebration of life: 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 9, at Ridglea Baptist Church. Interment: 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 10, in Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Brown Owens & Brumley Funeral Home.
Wayne was born July 30, 1947, in Gassville, Ark.
Wayne was preceded in death by his father, Leo James Herron.
Survivors: Daughter, Stacey Harwood and husband, Michael; son, Scott Herron; grandchildren, Elizabeth, Brandon and William; mother, Dora Beckwith; brothers, Jim and Jack Herron; and sisters, Janice Osborne, Donna Herron and Melinda Favero and husband, Daniel.
