Wanda “MeMe” Martin

FORT WORTH-Wanda “MeMe” Martin passed away peacefully Friday, December 28, 2018 at the age of 88.
Celebration of life: 12 p.m. Friday at Brown Owens & Brumley’s Joe B. Brown Memorial Chapel.
Visitation: 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Interment: Wanda will be laid to rest in Moore Memorial Gardens.
Wanda was born March 24, 1930 in Matador, Texas to the late Floyd and Madeline Carr. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great-great grandmother, sister and friend and will be deeply missed.
Wanda is preceded in death by her parents; husband, J.B. Smith; husband, T.C. Martin; brother, Don Carr and son, Gaylon Smith.
Survivors: Son, Harlin Smith; son, Mike Smith and wife, LaVerna; daughter, Brenda Elliot; daughter, Shawna Forrester; sister, Bobbie Carruthers and husband, Bob; grandsons, Cary Smith and wife, Jill, Michael Smith and wife, Nancy, Wade Smith, Bryan Smith, Craig Smith, Kevin Smith, Rusty Smith, Jacob Davis, Colter Smith, and Shey Forrester; granddaughters, Stacey Smith, Nicole Wallis and husband, Jason, Rebecca Joy and husband, Matthew, Madeline Clark and husband, Brody, and Avery Zrodlowski; 21 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; and many friends.
